It was August 25 of this year when Anita Bidini met with us as chef of our Italian restaurant "Il Ponte." Although it has been just a few years since she joined the restaurant Il Ponte, she actually has 20 years of experience as a professional cook. She is really a talented cook who has been recognized as one of the best chefs while working for Italian restaurants and world-class luxury hotels in Middle East countries such as Oman and UAE. Bidini expressed her impressions of her new career by saying "I'm really honored to become chef of Il Ponte, the first Italian restaurant in the Korean hotel industry. I will conduct myself in a manner that upholds and further enhances the reputation of our restaurant, and so I will try creative approaches to offering a variety of health food choices as well as serving traditional Italian cuisine." She seems in high spirits with the opportunities to meet new people here and serve her own cuisine in a new environment.
