The information can be used for the following purposes: - When making a reservation for a guest room or at a restaurant in the hotel - When requesting an estimate for banquet or wedding services at the hotel - To secure communication channels to handle complaints and hotel announcements - To send email newsletters that inform members of upcoming events held at the hotel 2.Personal Information Items Optional information: name, E-Mail, title, other remarks 3.Provisions and Period of Usage of Personal Information Personal information collected with your consent will be held and used during your membership period. However, when membership is canceled, expired, or membership eligibility is lost, your personal information will be immediately destroyed, except for the following situations: - It needs to be kept in accordance with commercial law or other regulations. - The period of holding the personal information is announced or notified to the member in advance in accordance with Article 6 of the Personal Information Security Guiding Principles of the Ministry of Information and Communication. - The member personally agrees to it.
