Certificate for Buffet Use
You can use the monetary gift certificates for all the services available in the hotel.
You can use them to pay for rooms, at the restaurants and the bar, and the other shops under the control of the hotel. However, the certificate for buffet use is available for use only at the buffet restaurant. The certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. Only when over 60% of the issued amount is used, can the balance be refunded in cash. The certificates are valid 1 year from the issue date. The hotel is not responsible for theft, loss or damage of the certificates. Gift certificates without the hotel CEO's seal or the issuer's seal are not valid.
